Campaign Manager

  • Designed external, digital social impact campaigns for both for and nonprofit clients, subjects of campaigns include climate change, food insecurity, LGBTQ+ rights, Gen Z mental health, abuse of child athletes, early education in Illinois, and COVID-vaccine information for vulnerable communities, among others.

  • Worked closely with Illinois Action for Children to advocate for greater access to affordable, quality early education, which included creating an email newsletter, training parent volunteers on how to utilize social media for advocacy purposes, and contributing to a state-wide campaign to unite caregivers and childcare providers to demand more funding for early childhood education and care in the 2022 state budget.

  • Assisted strategist colleagues to research and ideate strategies to compel clients, and the public, to become aware of and take action on important social issues.

  • Created and facilitated workshops for staff on incorporating humor and improvisation into their social justice and client work based on skills honed during performance experiences.

  • Led social media content creation for 12-hour Instagram Live celebrity “telethon” that raised $120K for independent abortion clinics amid the COVID-19 crisis. Within a two-week rapid response timeline, guided creative teams to bank hundreds of pieces of content, including tweets, Instagram posts, Instagram stories, Facebook ads, and videos.

  • Ran Facebook ad campaigns using specific target audiences for events, digital campaigns, and general promotion of organization for a special social issues category, and is specially certified to run political advertisements.

  • Launched TikTok account immersing our organization into prochoice and activist TikTok. Ran campaign that educated followers about dangerous anti-abortion group garnering 859K+ views of campaign hashtag and over 50 duets.

  • Tracked health and efficiency of digital campaigns of all social media accounts through monthly, weekly, and specialized campaign analytics report measuring engagement, follower accrual, and overall impact.

  • Coordinated and produced on the ground social media coverage of events such as live comedy shows, talk backs, counter-protests, and rallies across the country.
